 Background
Malvern
Buildings is a cul-de-sac in the Fairfield Park district of Bath. Malvern
Buildings is developed on one side only, with the private gardens of
houses on the opposite side of the road. The private garden space
also includes private parking garages. Children have to cross the
road which is partly obscured by the brow of a hill to play in the
gardens.

 Impacts
The
scheme did not proceed beyond the final design stage as there was
determined opposition from around a third of residents.
While approaches from a few individuals might make it appear that a
consensus exists for a scheme, determined opposition from a small number
of individuals may make it difficult, or impossible, to proceed.
