Car Clubs
Carplus is the national charity promoting responsible car use. It is currently running a programme entitled Breathing Fresh Air into Local Communities, the aims of which are:

2. to energise networks of people who share our target of reducing car dependency and pollution by focussing on cars - car clubs and car sharing.
